How To Place Your Order
Purchase your charm on the website. Once you’ve received your order confirmation, DM us on our official Instagram account @weavesandtrinkets with the picture you wish to create a charm of (Make sure you include your order number as well)
Let us know of any key details we’d need to keep in mind while creating the piece. Once done, we’ll get right to work!
(Please note, highly complex pieces with intricate props or designs cannot be processed)
Our artisans would need about 2-4 weeks per piece, following which we will process delivery immediately.

Here's What Comes With Your Order
Your Custom Charm!: Handcrafted to match the image provided. Enjoy our artisan’s interpretation of the subject as they highlight key features and requested add-ons. The charm is ready to wear, and a keychain can be added upon request.
High Quality Materials: Our artisans produce your piece only with the usage of authentic supplies. Our keychains are handmade with polymer clay and furnished with acrylic markers, then finally glossed with painter’s varnish to ensure its longevity.
Simplified Designs: Owing to the nature of these designs, intricate details may be processed as solid color patches or basic shapes. Our artisans follow a simplified interpretation of the subject and produce an adorable recreation that we hope you enjoy!
Product Warnings
- Upon reception, the charm may carry a faint chemical smell. This is completely normal! The scent indicates the presence of our high-quality painters varnish that is used to preserve the hand-painted details on the charm. Hence the gloss! Leave the charm out in open air for a week and it will reduce with exposure.
- The metal loop is delicate and cannot be tugged on. If you receive your package with the loop fallen out, we will happily repair/replace the piece conditionally. Please read the accompanying “passport” to know more about its warranty details.
- Clean your charm from dust and grime with a dry tissue or a slightly damp clean cloth. While the charm is water-resistant, it is not waterproof. Avoid chemical cleaners such as acetone-based or other alcohol content liquids as this may damage the gloss and eat away hand-painted details.
