Products
All products listed on our website are handmade and unique. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the photos and descriptions of our products. However, due to the handmade nature, there may be slight variations in colour, size, and design. Such variations are not considered defects and will not be grounds for returns or exchanges.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods include COD, Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. Order confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.
Shipping and Delivery
Presently, we ship within the UAE only.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.
Weaves and Trinkets cannot be held liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Weaves and Trinkets will not take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
For defective or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are available upon request and require full payment upfront.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Additional time for creation and delivery is required for custom orders.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of Weaves & Trinkets and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is prohibited.

Studio Services & Commissioned Work
This section applies to all custom, commissioned, or business-to-business (B2B) engagements undertaken by Weaves & Trinkets.
Conditional Pricing
Where discounted, collaborative, or preferential pricing is offered, such pricing is strictly conditional upon agreed terms, including but not limited to:
Visibility or attribution
Portfolio usage rights
Transparent association with the end client or brand
In the absence of these conditions being met, Weaves & Trinkets may reclassify the engagement as a standard commercial project and issue a revised invoice at standard commercial rates.
Third-Party Engagements
Where a client engages Weaves & Trinkets on behalf of another brand or entity:
The client should clearly disclose their role as an intermediary
The identity of the end client should be communicated where relevant
Any agreements, NDAs, or restrictions between the client and the end client that are not communicated to Weaves & Trinkets will not be assumed to apply
Reasonable steps to clarify authorization or confirm details with the end client are part of standard professional practice.
Authorization
In case of a work that requires intermediary or agent involvement, the commissioning party is responsible for ensuring they are authorized to engage Weaves & Trinkets.
We may request proof of authorization before or during a project to ensure clarity and alignment. Seeking such confirmation is standard professional practice.
Portfolio & Creative Rights
Weaves & Trinkets retains the right to document and showcase commissioned work across its portfolio and marketing channels, subject to prior written consent from the intellectual property owner(s).
In the absence of clear authorization or communication from the rights holder:
We will not post, market, or share any work publicly
Reasonable steps to seek consent or clarification are standard practice.
Non-Resale & Attribution
Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
Work produced by Weaves & Trinkets may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed under another entity
The work may not be presented as created by any party other than Weaves & Trinkets
The Studio’s involvement should not be concealed in commercial arrangements
Order Documentation (B2B)
For business engagements, Weaves & Trinkets may require:
Written confirmation of the order
Supporting documentation such as an LPO where applicable
We reserve the right to pause or clarify work in the absence of such documentation.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weaves & Trinkets regarding the use of our website and the purchase of our products and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
